Product Manager / OwnerControl Box and TRAC)

Control Now

Control Now is a London-based RegTech firm focused on solving one of regulation's most persistent challenges: transaction reporting that is accurate, reliable, automated, cost-efficient, and built to adapt as the rules evolve. Since 2017, we've helped banks, brokers, asset managers, and hedge funds replace fragmented manual processes with reporting infrastructure they can trust, reducing both operational risk and cost.

Our platform, Control Box, supports a diverse, high-quality client base across multiple regulatory jurisdictions. It transforms reporting from a reactive compliance burden into a controlled, auditable operational capability. Designed around automation, transparency, data integrity, and traceability, the platform gives firms clear visibility into what is being reported, why, and how, helping compliance become an embedded business process rather than a latent source of regulatory risk.

Behind the technology is a team with more than two decades of hands-on experience in regulatory reporting and financial markets infrastructure. We've worked directly with the operational, technical, and regulatory challenges our clients face, and that practical experience informs every aspect of the business, from product architecture and regulatory logic through to implementation and client support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

TRAC

TRAC is the backend engine that processes data using transformation logic configured within Control Box. It includes a desktop tool that can be executed locally, enabling secure data processing without the need to share data outside the server environment. Prior to the introduction of Control Box, many Control Now solutions were developed directly on TRAC. As a result, several legacy solutions continue to operate exclusively on the TRAC platform.
