Product Manager - Shape the future of our portfolio.

We're looking for a commercially sharp, technically confident Product Manager to take ownership of our product portfolio and lead the development of new, market‑winning solutions. If you love turning insight into action and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, this is your next big move.

As Product Manager, you will

  • Own market insight Understand customer needs, analyse competitors and capture requirements that guide product strategy.
  • Lead the product lifecycle Manage and optimise our existing range, identify improvements and cost efficiencies, and run regular SKU reviews to drive performance.
  • Turn technical detail into commercial clarity Build strong manufacturing knowledge, maintain accurate specifications and support teams with clear, practical product guidance.
  • Champion New Product Development Spot gaps, validate opportunities, shape positioning and guide new products from concept through to launch.
  • Deliver standout launches Work with sales, marketing and production to bring new products to market with impact.
  • Stay connected to the industry Engage with customers, suppliers and partners, attend events and gather intelligence that fuels smart product decisions.

The successful candidate

  • Experience of product management, gained in manufacturing, construction or technical products
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical, detail‑driven problem‑solver with commercial awareness
  • Confident presenter, natural collaborator and influential leader
  • Self‑starter with a track record of delivering results

You'll play a central role in shaping product direction, driving innovation and working with talented teams across the business. It's a chance to make a real impact and help build the next generation of our product offering.
