About Ecosurety

Ecosurety exists to rid the world of unnecessary packaging.

We believe in a future where every brand has data and market insights to make smart, sustainable packaging decisions. To make that vision a reality, we enable the world's leading brands to make smart and sustainable packaging decisions through our intelligence platform and deep regulatory expertise.

We're at an exciting stage of growth, expanding our capabilities, investing in technology, and developing new ways to support our customers in a rapidly changing world. That means there has never been a better time to join Ecosurety and play a role in shaping what comes next.

With around 100 colleagues and ambitious plans for the future, we're building a business where talented people can do meaningful work, challenge convention and create real-world impact.

The Opportunity

Own products that help businesses make smarter packaging decisions.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, strategy and delivery of a key part of Ecosurety's platform.

Ecosurety operates in one of the most complex and fast-moving packaging and regulatory environments in the UK. Our customers face Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) submissions, RAM assessments, Plastic Packaging Tax requirements, PPWR on the horizon, and an increasingly complex landscape of environmental obligations.

Today, much of the support we provide is delivered through a combination of expertise, processes and technology. Our challenge now is to create a coherent product experience that simplifies complexity for our customers while enabling our internal teams to operate more effectively.

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a mature product. It is a role for somebody who loves understanding customers, navigating ambiguity and turning complex problems into elegant solutions.

Why Join Now?

Ecosurety is making significant investment in its technology and product capability.

You'll join at a point where many of the biggest opportunities still lie ahead, with the chance to influence product strategy, shape how the organisation thinks about product management, and directly impact how customers interact with our services.

What You'll Be Doing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
