Are you excited by the opportunity to shape how AI and digital products transform the way people work?
We're looking for a Product Manager to join a growing product team at the forefront of technology innovation within a highly respected professional services environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the full product lifecycle — from understanding user needs and shaping product direction through to driving adoption, measuring success, and delivering tangible business value.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, technology teams, and senior stakeholders to help evolve a portfolio of business-critical platforms, including AI-powered solutions that are changing how knowledge, collaboration, and productivity are delivered across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting product roadmaps, backlogs and delivery plans
- Working with users to understand challenges and identify opportunities
- Driving adoption of new features and capabilities, including AI-enabled tools
- Using data and insights to inform product decisions and prioritisation
- Partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business
- Helping shape governance, processes and best practice for emerging technologies
- Translating complex concepts into clear, engaging communications and training
We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Delivery or a related discipline
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with digital products, platforms or SaaS solutions
- A data-driven and user-focused mindset
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
