Product Manager - Player Onboarding & Activation

Product Manager - Player Onboarding & Activation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Player Onboarding & Activation based in United Kingdom.

As a Product Manager focused on Player Onboarding & Activation, you will own one of the most critical growth levers in a fast-scaling iGaming product ecosystem: converting incoming traffic into engaged, active players. In this role, you will design and optimize the full early user journey—from first visit through registration, onboarding, first deposit, and first gameplay. You will work at the intersection of product, design, marketing, and compliance, ensuring seamless, high-converting user experiences. Operating in a highly data-driven and experimental environment, you will identify friction points, test improvements, and continuously refine the activation funnel. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence user growth, retention, and revenue performance.

Accountabilities

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end player onboarding funnel, analyzing user behavior to identify drop-offs and improve conversion from visitor to active player.
  • Partner closely with marketing and acquisition teams to align traffic quality, campaign intent, and onboarding performance outcomes.
  • Lead the design and optimization of registration and onboarding flows, ensuring smooth integration with compliance and KYC requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to build intuitive, high-converting user experiences that accelerate time-to-first-value.
  • Act as the primary product point of contact for onboarding and activation-related initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Present product performance, roadmaps, and insights to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure delivered features meet quality, usability, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive post-launch optimization through continuous monitoring of user behavior, experimentation, and data-driven improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
