The Team: Age of Speed, Culture of Ownership

Core Responsibilities
1. Requirement Analysis & Product Planning
- Market, user, and competitor research to inform strategy
- Streamline business processes for efficiency
- Author high-level, structured BRD/PRD (business/product requirement documents)
- Formulate long-term product strategy and roadmaps
- Define feature priorities and align stakeholders with a clear direction
- Ensure product development delivers business and user value
2. Product Design & Implementation Leverage
- Design prototype models and functional specs
- Develop technical requirement documents to drive alignment with R&D
- Coordinate cross-department collaboration with engineering teams
- Ensure test scenarios, stunt acceptance, and launch deadlines are met
- Validate that features align with end-user needs and broader business goals
3. Data-Driven Product Evolution
- Monitor and analyze product data (user behavior, performance metrics, footprint)
- Convert user insights into meaningful feedback
- Continuously iterate on best practices, optimize features
- Evolve product competitiveness by adjusting strategy

4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Resource Allocation
- Bridge teams (operations, R&D, logistics marketing)
- Resolve bottlenecks with scalable but lean allocation of resources
- Accelerate product commercialization and progress towards goals
- Streamline testing/delivery lifecycles
5. Commercial Strategy & Ecosystem Building
- Pricing and promotion strategy design
- Define core commercial KPIs to drive scale
- Leverage trend intelligence to anticipate market shifts
- Build a product ecosystem that enhances user loyalty
- Increase market penetration and commercial value
