Specialist SaaS Opportunity: Senior Product Manager / Product Owner
Join a small specialist SaaS business developing GxP digital archiving for pharmaceutical and life sciences customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys:
- Taking ownership of a specialist product
- Working closely with customers
- Playing a key role in shaping the future of a growing life sciences SaaS business.
On-site requirement: 2-3 days/week at Reading, UK, with customer-facing responsibilities.

About the Role
As the Senior Product Manager/Product Owner, you will:
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, or Product Owner in SaaS, software, or technology businesses.
- Ability to:
- Own or contribute to product roadmaps
- Translate complex customer requirements into practical product solutions
- Experience working in regulated industries, ideally:
- Life sciences
- Pharmaceutical
- Healthcare
- Other compliance-driven environments
- Strong understanding of GxP principles (including GCP, GLP) and exposure to:
- eTMF
- QMS
- LIMS
- Regulated data management
- (Advantageous if familiar with GMP)
- Proactive engagement with customers and comfort working with senior stakeholders across:
- Technical teams
- Commercial teams
- Operational teams
- Strong commercial judgment balancing:
- Customer value
- Business priorities
- Technical feasibility
