Job Description
This role supports the end-to-end product life cycle, including:
- Conducting market research and competitor analyses
- Determining product pricing
- Developing short- and long-term strategies
- Identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings
- Ensuring alignment with Product Risk Management policy
- Integrating product management with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies

The position is heavily focused on project management and process design.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Identifies and develops comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including:
- Supporting sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams
- Oversees product portfolios, including financials, investment profiles, and P&L (profit and loss) activities (e.g., revenue, profit margins)
- Identifies and develops comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including:

Market & Client Insights
- Provides data on product trends to sales and marketing teams, leveraging trends, functionality, and competitive intelligence
- Identifies ways to streamline or enhance product offerings to meet current and future client needs

Risk & Compliance
- Manages risk by implementing effective controls in partnership with key stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partners with internal teams to gather insights about markets, clients, and competitors
- Ensures products solve client needs while driving high adoption rates

Cross-Product Delivery & Project Management
- Collaborates across Enterprise Credit (BB, GCB, GCIB) to build end-to-end product delivery maps
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in process design or related fields
- Proficiency with Visio or similar software
- Strong background in project management
- Experience and understanding of Commercial Lending
- Expertise in market analysis/research and in-depth product knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with International Lending and/or International Credit Delivery
