This Is How You WOW
Creating and delivering annual and mid-range product category plans; including market analysis, range planning, price and promotion parameters, key selling points and segmentation/targeting Creating Marketing Plans for selected Target Groups, identifying key dates, campaign messaging and promotions to drive sales within these Target Groups and routes to market Analysis of sales and margin performance of the selected product categories in order to make product, promotion and marketing recommendations Development and implementation of launch strategies for new products and categories Developing strong ongoing competitor analysis, with a key focus on pricing, product offer and route to market Helping drive sales and profitability of new and existing products through marketing, sales training, stock profiling, pricing and other product management activity

A-Level qualified (or equivalent) with 3 GCSEs including Maths and English Degree in Marketing or Business preferred Product and Marketing experience within a fast moving business A keen interest in product management and a passion to improve Confident and strong communicator with an analytical and methodical approach
