This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Progressive Web Apps (PWA) based in United Kingdom.
As a Product Manager focused on Progressive Web Apps, you will lead the strategy, development, and optimization of digital products that create meaningful user experiences and business value. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and data, transforming complex challenges into clear priorities and impactful solutions. This role is ideal for a technically minded product professional who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and delivering measurable results. You will manage the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and post-release optimization. Working in a fast-moving environment, you will have the opportunity to influence product direction and drive continuous improvement through data-informed decisions.
Accountabilities
- Own the complete lifecycle of product features, from initial ideas and discovery through roadmap definition, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements, actionable specifications, and prioritized tasks for engineering and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
- Define product priorities by analyzing user behavior, performance data, and business objectives to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Break down complex technical and product challenges into structured solutions that align stakeholders and accelerate execution.
- Identify blockers, challenge unclear requirements, and proactively drive alignment across teams.
- Monitor product performance after launch to ensure delivered solutions create measurable user and business impact.
- Continuously improve product processes, communication, and decision-making frameworks to support effective execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with experience working on Progressive Web Apps or similar digital products.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven experience managing feature delivery from concept to launch with measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Firebase, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and structure information effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to understanding challenges and evaluating solutions.
- Organized and execution-focused mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver impactful results.
- Ownership mentality with the confidence to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced product environment.
