Purpose of the Position

As Product Manager, Publisher Payments, you will own and evolve Awin's global publisher payments experience, ensuring publishers are paid accurately, on time, and through payment methods that best meet their needs.

You will shape how Awin delivers seamless payment experiences across countries, currencies, and regulatory environments, balancing compliance, operational efficiency, and customer experience. You will identify opportunities to simplify payment journeys, improve transparency and trust, and help publishers get paid with confidence, wherever they are in the world.

Working closely with product, engineering, finance, support, operations, and compliance teams, you will define and deliver solutions that create value for publishers, support business growth, and enable Awin to scale its global payments capabilities.

Key Tasks

  • Evolve Awin’s publisher payments experience, ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and trusted by publishers across the globe
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver product initiatives that improve the publisher payments experience, end-to-end
  • Identify payment-related pain points and opportunities through data, customer feedback, and market insights, translating them into clear product outcomes
  • Drive the evolution of Awin’s global payments capabilities, supporting different countries, currencies, payment methods, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead discovery activities to understand publisher needs, validate assumptions, and ensure solutions solve genuine customer problems
  • Use data, customer insights, and business context to prioritize opportunities, measure impact, and continuously improve payment performance and user experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, and operations to align on priorities and deliver improvements to the publisher payments experience
  • Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering teams to deliver payment solutions that balance customer experience, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.

Skills & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience of launching, scaling, and improving products that create value for customers and the business
  • Strong product mindset, with experience identifying customer problems, defining outcomes, and prioritizing opportunities
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for understanding user needs and improving experiences
  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and iteration
  • Understanding of global payment methods, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations across different markets is an advantage.
