Role Overview
This role is particularly suited for an Associate or Junior Product Manager looking to make their next move up. You will be a key part of the Product team, working directly with our inhouse Development function. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. A critical element will be the creation and ownership of detailed specification documents for the development of individual product features. Skills and Desired Experience
- 3 - 6 years of product management experience in a technology/platform environment is essential
- Experience with HR technology or a platform supporting an RPO, MSP, EOR, Contractor Management or Vendor Management business would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of the recruitment marketplace, in particular contractor and temporary hiring would prove valuable
- Experience fielding, scoping and prioritising product requirements and requests from a diverse customer base
- Highly organised with an ability to create detailed specification documents to inform the build process
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to disparate audiences
- A keen interest in the role AI will play in delivering enhanced value and improved processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with data analytics and using metrics to drive product decisions.
- Strong user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design sensibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and market demand.
- Collate and confirm product requirements, create user stories, and produce detailed product specification documents.
- Work closely with Development, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Help define and drive the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Help plan how we further embed AI into our platform to deliver improved efficiencies and new, innovative products,
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive product success.
- Support management of the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch, and through subsequent iterations.
- Engage with customers to gather insights, validate product ideas, and ensure a deep understanding of their challenges and requirements is reflected in the product road map.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the product.
