Product Manager
REMOTE (EU/CH/UK Based)
Full-time
Who we are
At Jaipur Robotics, we’re building AI-powered solutions that transform the waste industry — turning complex data into automation, efficiency, and environmental impact. As a fast-growing, VC-backed clean-tech startup based in Switzerland, we work with leading waste operators across Europe and are now expanding our product and customer-facing teams.
What we offer
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can combine product ownership, data analysis, and close customer engagement. This is not a traditional desk-based product role. You will spend significant time working directly with customers, visiting industrial plants, understanding how our products are used in real operating environments, and identifying where they can create greater value. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineering, AI, operations, and commercial teams. You will critically evaluate customer requests, distinguish between individual preferences and scalable product needs, and translate the most valuable opportunities into clear product priorities and specifications. The role combines elements of product management, product analytics, and customer success. You will be responsible not only for defining what should be built, but also for ensuring that customers understand, adopt, and benefit from the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers and maintain a deep understanding of how they use Jaipur Robotics’ products.
- Visit customer sites regularly to observe product usage, understand operational workflows, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Engage critically with customer requests, separating genuine product needs from one-off customizations or low-impact feature requests.
- Consolidate feedback across customers and identify recurring patterns, common pain points, and scalable product opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Define and maintain product priorities and roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, AI, operations, commercial teams, and company leadership.
- Evaluate product opportunities based on customer value, strategic relevance, development effort, scalability, and commercial impact.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate customer feedback and support prioritization decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, engagement, and product performance using tools such as PostHog, Metabase, databases, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards.
- Write and execute SQL queries to explore product and customer data, identify patterns, investigate issues, and measure the impact of new features.
- Apply statistical thinking to distinguish meaningful trends from isolated events and to support evidence-based product decisions.
- Define measurable product success criteria, including adoption, usage, retention, customer satisfaction, operational impact, and business value.
- Monitor the performance of released features and coordinate follow-up improvements based on data and customer feedback.
- Support product launches, customer onboarding, training, and the introduction of new functionalities.
- Ensure that customers understand how to use the product effectively and that Jaipur Robotics captures measurable value from each deployment.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Commercial teams to identify adoption risks, expansion opportunities, and recurring customer needs.
- Coordinate with engineers and technical teams during troubleshooting, feature validation, and product testing.
- Communicate product decisions clearly to customers, including when a request will not be prioritized or when an alternative solution is more appropriate.
- Maintain structured documentation of customer feedback, product requirements, decisions, configurations, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to the development of scalable product and customer-success processes as Jaipur Robotics grows across multiple markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
