Product Manager – Renal & Vascular Access

Product Manager (Renal & Vascular Access Portfolio) – UK & Ireland

About the Role

At its best, product management in medtech thrives on deep customer connection—bridging clinical needs, market access, KOL insights, launch planning, and compelling value propositions to create real patient impact.

This role places you at the heart of that process. You’ll own a renal and vascular access portfolio, ensuring products are positioned, launched, and scaled effectively across the UK. You’ll work closely with clinical, commercial, and marketing teams to drive innovation and growth while focusing on chronic condition management and patient-centric solutions.

Perfect for those passionate about stronger ownership, greater stakeholder influence, and delivering products with genuine clinical value, this role will see you:

  • Building Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to shape insights and strategy
  • Translating market intelligence into actionable plans
  • Playing a pivotal role in the future of a portfolio with direct patient and clinician impact

Who We Are & What’s Unique About the Role

Our client specialises in dynamic solutions for patients with chronic conditions in renal care, delivering services across the UK. They take pride in their home delivery service—a unique, patient-centred approach—while expanding their reach in the medtech sector.

This role offers not just a career but a meaningful contribution in healthcare. Collaboration and impact define the day-to-day, with opportunities to:

  • Influence market strategy and commercial growth
  • Bring products to more patients through improved access to medical technology

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
