About the Role

This role places you at the heart of that process. You’ll own a renal and vascular access portfolio, ensuring products are positioned, launched, and scaled effectively across the UK. You’ll work closely with clinical, commercial, and marketing teams to drive innovation and growth while focusing on chronic condition management and patient-centric solutions.

- Building Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to shape insights and strategy

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your role will focus on UK and Ireland market leadership, driving adoption and commercial growth for products supporting patients with renal and vascular conditions. Key priorities include:
Strategic Marketing and Growth
- Develop and execute a end-to-end UK/Ireland marketing strategy to boost product adoption
- Identify market trends, competitor actions, and new commercial opportunities
- Integrate market insights directly into launches, campaigns, and roadmaps
Campaign and Value Proposition Management
- Create high-impact campaigns, digital content, product collateral, and sales tools
- Support product launches and craft unique value propositions
- Deliver KOL engagement programmes with clear clinical and commercial payoff
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and Product teams to coordinate launches and market opportunities
- Partner with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and internal partners to drive alignment and adoption
Educational Initiatives
- Organise and coordinate medical congresses, training programmes, and educational events
- Support sales training and broader commercial enablement efforts
Logistics and Project Management
- Manage multi-project timelines and budgets efficiently
- Balance multiple deliverables while maintaining commercial end goals

Who Should Apply?
This role is ideal for candidates with:
- 3–5 years’ experience in medical device product management, marketing, or strategy
- Strong background in vascular access, renal, oncology, or associated chronic care industries
- Deep understanding of the UK healthcare landscape, including market access and reimbursement strategies
- Launch and commercialisation experience, with results in value proposition development and adoption strategies
- Exceptional stakeholder management—especially across KOLs, HCPs, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while juggling budgets and timelines
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Clinical Science, or a related field
- Prior knowledge of sales, clinical consulting, healthcare education, or payer experience (though not always required)
