Description

The individual selected for this role will own the strategy, development, and delivery of national reputation campaigns across the UK, Germany, and France. The work will challenge you to translate real-world business events and audience insight into tactical campaigns with specific goals and measurable outcomes, engage Policy teams across multiple locales to knit together our most mature campaigns, and deploy advanced AI capabilities to achieve highly localised and effective work across multiple audience layers. The scope and ambiguity are significant - but so is the impact.

Key Job Responsibilities

Reputation Marketing & Insights (RMI) is hiring a Product Manager to lead national campaign development across three European markets. You will own the campaign lifecycle end-to-end - from identifying the insight or business event that triggers a campaign, through stakeholder alignment and vendor briefing, to in-market delivery and post-campaign measurement. You will deliver independently with limited guidance.

  • Develop and deliver national reputation campaigns in UK, DE, and FR — turning insight, data signals, and real-world business events into tactical campaign plans with specific goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Engage Policy teams across all three locales to integrate policy narratives into campaign strategy, knitting together our most mature campaigns into coherent cross-functional programmes.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery through vendor partners spanning data, production, and media — setting briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring quality output at pace.
  • Deploy advanced AI capabilities and techniques (generative AI, audience modelling, dynamic creative optimisation) to produce highly effective, localised campaign assets that resonate across multiple layers of key audiences.
  • Operate as an expert stakeholder manager — navigating complex matrices of internal and external partners, building trust, and driving alignment across competing priorities and timelines.
  • Use data to inform every stage of the campaign lifecycle: audience identification, message development, channel selection, in-flight optimisation, and post-campaign measurement.
  • Balance urgency and importance across a portfolio of concurrent campaigns, making clear-eyed prioritisation decisions and communicating trade-offs to senior leadership.
  • Stay at the frontier of AI and marketing technology, continuously identifying and operationalising new tools and techniques that give the team a capability edge.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

A day in the life

You will build and deliver the reputation marketing campaigns from insight through to in-market execution across the UK, Germany, and France. You'll brief and manage data, production, and external vendors; coordinate with internal teams to align messaging on our most sensitive and high-profile narratives; and deploy AI-powered tools for audience segmentation, creative localisation, and dynamic content generation. You'll make independent prioritisation decisions across a busy portfolio, communicate trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders, and use campaign performance data to optimise live activity and inform future strategy.
