Product Manager – Reputation Marketing & Insights (RMI)
The individual selected for this role will own the strategy, development, and delivery of national reputation campaigns across the UK, Germany, and France. The work will challenge you to translate real-world business events and audience insight into tactical campaigns with specific goals and measurable outcomes, engage Policy teams across multiple locales to knit together our most mature campaigns and deploy advanced AI capabilities to deliver highly localised, effective work across diverse audience layers. The scope—and impact—are both significant.
Key Responsibilities
As Product Manager in Reputation Marketing & Insights (RMI), you will lead national campaign development across three European markets, owning the full lifecycle—from identifying business-triggering insights to stakeholder alignment, vendor briefing, in-market execution, and post-campaign measurement. You will deliver independently with autonomy and minimal guidance, shaping impactful campaigns at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
