Product Manager, Reputation Marketing & Insights

Your primary responsibility as a Product Manager on the Reputation Marketing & Insights team will be to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a European reputation tracking product within a global program. You will define what the product measures, how insights are delivered to stakeholders, and how the program evolves to meet changing business needs. The work will challenge you to be resourceful, think big while staying connected to the details, drive cross-functional alignment, and embrace a high degree of change and ambiguity at speed. The scope and scale of what we strive to achieve is immense, but it is also meaningful and energizing. This is an individual contributor role.

The right candidate possesses endless curiosity and passion for understanding perceptions and what drives them. You bring practical international expertise and a grounded understanding of how cultural norms differ across countries and regions. You have proficiency in diving deep into large amounts of data and combining multiple data points to translate research into actionable insights/recommendations, always paying attention to how cultural norms and lived experiences shape what people say and do. You have a track record of making smart trade-offs, building alignment across teams with competing priorities, and driving crisp decisions when information is incomplete. You are an excellent communicator who can effectively provide status updates, escalate issues, and align stakeholders through written documents, presentations, and other internal communication channels. You are a creative problem-solver who seeks to deeply understand business and communications strategy so you can tailor research that informs stakeholder decision making and messaging tactics.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for European reputation tracking - determining what to measure, how to deliver insights, and what to build next
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from requirements gathering and vendor briefing through delivery, adoption measurement, and iteration
  • Deeply understand the needs of internal customers through direct engagement - observing how they use insights and identifying gaps between what they request and what they need
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across competing priorities, making smart trade-offs between depth and speed, global consistency and local relevance
  • Define success metrics that distinguish outputs (reports delivered) from outcomes (stakeholder adoption, measurable shifts in communications strategy)
  • Evaluate and deploy AI capabilities to accelerate research workflows, insight generation, and delivery
  • Identify opportunities to simplify research processes, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and improve how insights reach decision-makers
  • Monitor differences in perceptions across countries and surface culturally informed recommendations to refine global and local communication strategies
  • Challenge existing research methodologies and assumptions; propose new approaches when the evidence warrants it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
