We’re looking for a commercially driven Product Manager to take ownership of our clients consumer platform and play a key role in scaling growth.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’ll shape the product experience for over a million users - driving acquisition, improving customer journeys, and enabling network expansion. What You’ll Be Doing

📈 Own Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and deliver a product roadmap aligned to growth and commercial goals
  • Identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
  • Build scalable product foundations for continued expansion

🛠️ Deliver Best-in-Class Product Experiences

  • Work closely with Engineering to ship improvements across app and web
  • Define user journeys, stories, and requirements
  • Design intuitive, frictionless user experiences

🚀 Drive Growth Initiatives

  • Lead cross-functional projects to increase user growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Services, and Design
  • Set clear success metrics and deliver measurable outcomes

👥 Champion the Customer

  • Use customer feedback and data to inform decisions
  • Identify and remove friction across the user journey
  • Continuously improve usability and performance

🤝 Enable Network & Partner Growth

  • Support onboarding of new parking locations and operators
  • Improve tools and workflows for partners
  • Contribute to fleet, enterprise, and contract parking capabilities

📊 Use Data to Optimise Performance

  • Track KPIs across growth, engagement, and retention
  • Run experiments and iterate quickly
  • Measure impact and continuously improve

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital product management
  • Proven experience working with Engineering teams in agile environments
  • Strong experience defining user journeys and product requirements
  • Background in consumer apps, SaaS, or digital platforms
  • Excellent analytical, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with mobile apps or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, etc.
  • Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments
  • Track record of improving acquisition, conversion, or retention
