Product Manager – SAP Finance

SAP Finance | Procure-to-Pay | ECC | S/4HANA

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – SAP Finance to take ownership of SAP Finance, Procure-to-Pay and Stock Management capabilities across a complex SAP landscape. This is a hands-on product and functional design role, suited to someone who can act as a design authority, shape SAP solutions and make clear functional design decisions aligned to business outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring genuine depth in SAP Finance and adjacent supply chain finance processes, with the ability to balance enhancements in SAP ECC while supporting the organisation’s wider S/4HANA transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and shape SAP Finance product capabilities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and support strategic objectives.
  • Lead functional design decisions across SAP Finance, Procure-to-Pay and Stock Management processes.
  • Act as a design authority, challenging requirements where needed and driving fit-to-standard SAP outcomes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to define priorities, manage trade-offs and support adoption.
  • Balance SAP ECC enhancements with the requirements of an ongoing S/4HANA transformation journey.
  • Translate business outcomes into clear SAP product direction, process improvements and functional design decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
