Flexible Working
The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
About The Role
BT is investing in the future of secure networking, and this role sits at the heart of that ambition.
As a Product Manager, you'll lead the development and growth of BT's Cisco SASE portfolio, helping organisations securely connect their people, applications and devices through a market-leading combination of networking and cybersecurity services.
You'll own the strategy, roadmap and commercial success of key SASE propositions, bringing together SD-WAN and cloud-delivered security capabilities to solve real customer challenges. Working closely with customers, strategic partners and cross-functional teams, you'll identify market opportunities, shape future product direction and deliver innovative solutions that drive growth, customer value and competitive differentiation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and wants to play a leading role in one of the fastest-growing areas of the technology market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for BT's SASE portfolio.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from proposition development through to in-life growth and optimisation.
- Identify customer, market and technology trends to inform future product investment and innovation.
- Work closely with Cisco and other strategic partners to bring new services and capabilities to market.
- Develop compelling propositions that differentiate BT within the networking and cybersecurity market.
- Drive commercial performance through customer adoption, revenue growth and profitability improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, technology and operational teams to successfully launch and evolve products.
- Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring customer needs are reflected in product priorities and decisions.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver successful outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
