Product Manager Self-Care & Cleaning
🚀 Product Category Manager (Self-Care & Home Care)
We are looking for someone who will help us build and grow our self-care and home care assortment in line with Vilgain’s clean and high-quality ethos. This role combines product ownership, supplier sourcing, launch execution, and commercial thinking across two closely related segments: natural cleaning and personal care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and grow the assortment across self-care and home cleaning categories
- Source and manage suppliers in the natural, eco-certified, and clean product segment
- Own product launches from idea to market execution
- Manage margin, pricing, and inventory across the category
- Work closely with QA, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver products smoothly and on time

About You
Experience & Expertise
- At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, Buyer, or a similar role within cleaning, self-care, personal care, or FMCG
- Familiarity with suppliers in the natural, eco, or clean segment
- Strong understanding of margin, pricing, and sell-through—not just the product itself
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive progress across teams
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communicator, capable of managing two related but distinct sub-segments
- Fluent at liaising between stakeholders
- Nice-to-have: Experience with an eco or natural cleaning brand, basic knowledge of UE cosmetics regulation (EU 1223/2009)
