This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager, Self Managed Service based in United Kingdom.
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy and evolution of a self-managed enterprise platform used by organizations worldwide.
You will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for how customers deploy, configure, and operate complex solutions in their own environments.
The role combines product strategy, customer insight, and close collaboration with engineering, marketing, customer success, and field teams.
You will help simplify enterprise deployments across cloud-native, on-premises, and highly regulated environments while improving customer adoption and satisfaction.
This is an opportunity to shape a critical product area, influence innovation, and contribute to the future of intelligent business process orchestration.
You will work in a remote and flexible environment where your decisions have a direct impact on customers and the broader product strategy.
Accountabilities:
As a Product Manager, Self Managed Service, you will be responsible for defining the direction of the product area, ensuring customer needs are translated into impactful solutions, and enabling teams to deliver scalable enterprise capabilities.
- Define and drive the market-focused vision, strategy, and product requirements for the self-managed product portfolio.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical opportunities, and market trends.
- Gather, analyze, and manage feedback from customers, partners, communities, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define priorities, prepare impactful initiatives, and ensure delivery of valuable product capabilities.
- Improve the customer experience by reducing deployment complexity and enabling reliable adoption across different enterprise environments.
- Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and customer demand while collaborating with sales, solutions teams, and other customer-facing functions.
- Support the evolution of enterprise-grade deployment scenarios, including Kubernetes-based environments, container platforms, on-premises installations, and restricted or air-gapped environments.

Requirements:
- You are a product professional with experience managing complex technology products and a strong understanding of enterprise platforms, customer needs, and technical environments.
- Experience managing platform products across SaaS and self-managed or on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software development, deployment models, and infrastructure concepts.
- Experience working with customers in complex industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated sectors.
- Ability to translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product strategies and priorities.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, global environment.
- Willingness and ability to use and understand the product you are responsible for.
- Experience working with developer-focused, infrastructure, or enterprise platform products is a plus.
