Join Us at Verda: Build the Future of European AI Cloud
We're constructing a fully featured European AI cloud with instant, low-cost access to intelligence and 100% renewable energy-powered GPUs. We’re ambitious, collaborative, and action-driven, with a no-nonsense approach to innovation.

About the Role: Product Manager (Containers & Serverless)
You’ll lead our containers and serverless offerings, ensuring seamless development and deployment for teams—without the burden of service management. This includes managed container workloads, Functions-as-a-Service (FaaS), and Managed Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy & roadmap for containers and serverless, balancing customer needs, technical requirements, and business goals while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Champion a developer-first experience: Focus on minute-scale deployments, rapid scale-to-zero capabilities, fast cold starts, on-demand GPU access, and pay-per-use pricing.
- Drive proactive innovation by identifying untapped product opportunities and steers their evolution—not just reacting to market shifts.
- Define & lead success metrics including adoption, usage, retention, and margin.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3–5+ years in product management or product ownership for a technical or developer-facing product, ideally in cloud, infrastructure, or platforms.
- Deep knowledge of containers, serverless (FaaS), orchestration (CaaS/PaaS/Kubernetes-as-a-Service), and event-driven architectures—no coding required, but fluency required.
- Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and GPU-backed compute, including real-world demand for training, fine-tuning, and model serving.
- Passion for developer experience (DX): You understand what makes a platform a rewarding vs. frustrating experience.
- Proven cloud product launch experience—shaping offerings through both design and iteration.
- Knack for communication & stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
- Comfort thriving in dynamic, ambiguous environments with minimal structure.
- Self-starter mindset—whether hunting for unmet needs, solving problems, or steering ship wherever it needs to go.
Nice-to-Have
- Hand-on/technical background (engineer or solutions architect), preference for those who understand usage-based pricing and European cloud sovereignty challenges.
- Expertise in defining product KPIs and prioritisation frameworks, including laser focus on usage analytics & dashboard templating.
- Independence in data-driven workflows (SQL, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
