The Role
As a Product Manager on the Studio team, you will define and execute the product strategy for one of our squads: Workflows, Observability, AI Registry & Spaces, Harness & Agent Platform, APIs & SDKs, and more.
This role exists to help enterprises build, evaluate, and operate AI systems reliably, safely, and at scale, turning prototypes into production-ready solutions.
Our Studio product provides the infrastructure enterprises need to move from prototypes to production, including comprehensive monitoring, reliable automation, and centralized tracking of AI assets. Your squad will focus on a specific area directly impacting how enterprises deploy and manage AI systems.

You will determine how enterprises observe AI behavior, run complex workflows, version and track assets, and deploy safely across hybrid and self-hosted environments. Your work will shape the standards, traceability, and continuous improvement that turn AI into a dependable operational capability.
What You Will Do
- Define and communicate a clear product strategy for AI tools, aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead market and user research to uncover unmet needs and emerging trends.
- Drive end-to-end product development, from concept to launch and iteration.
- Partner with design and research to create effective user experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to launch products, including pricing and positioning.
- Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities and trade-offs.
- Maintain a roadmap that balances short-term results and long-term goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with AI products, including large language models or machine learning, and understanding of technical trade-offs.
- Experience launching and scaling products, particularly in early-stage environments.
- Commitment to solving real user problems, using data and qualitative insights.
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Balance between strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills for executives, teams, and users.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift.
- Self-directed, taking initiative to navigate unknowns and own outcomes.
