Why this role
We're looking for a Product Manager to lead our CRM Integrations portfolio, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
These integrations bring Creditsafe's business intelligence directly into the CRM platforms our customers use every day, helping sales, marketing and credit teams access valuable insights within their existing workflows.
You'll own the product roadmap, determine priorities, and make key decisions on what gets built and when. You'll balance where each platform should be tailored to maximise its unique capabilities while ensuring a consistent customer experience across both products.
Working closely with Engineering, Design, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CRM offering. You'll also help define our strategy as platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot continue to evolve with AI-driven capabilities and automation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who enjoys bringing products to market, working closely with customers, and driving innovation through strategic partnerships.
What you'll own
- Ownership and prioritisation of the CRM Integrations roadmap across Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Identifying future CRM integration opportunities, building business cases and supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Gathering insights from customers, partners, sales teams and support teams to inform roadmap decisions.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to turn ideas into clear requirements, user stories and product plans.
- Managing and prioritising the product backlog to support successful delivery.
- Ownership of strategic relationships with Salesforce and HubSpot, including AppExchange and Marketplace listings, security reviews and certification requirements.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Partnerships teams to ensure successful product launches, customer enablement and partner engagement.
- Monitoring platform developments and supporting customers through upgrades, enhancements and migrations.
- Acting as the key decision-maker for product priorities, scope and design decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
