The Role
The Tolling Product Manager sits within the Automotive & Data (A&D) business unit, reporting directly to the Head of Product, Automotive & Data. In this role, you will lead a highly strategic, zero-to-one initiative: building Arrive's tolling platform from the ground up as an API-first platform with a user-friendly management UI. This role offers significant scope for strategic leadership and future growth as our platform expands.
Based in London, UK (with remote flexibility), you will untangle complex technical and business challenges, working closely with engineering, peer product managers, and key commercial stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to shape a high-impact product from its earliest stages while collaborating deeply across our global teams to build a seamless customer experience
How to make an impact
- Platform Vision & Strategy: Define, articulate, and drive a clear product vision and strategy for our tolling platform. Translate market insights, stakeholder perspectives, and business objectives into a balanced, forward-looking roadmap that positions Arrive competitively in the tolling space.
- Lead 0→1 Product Discovery & Delivery: Guide the end-to-end development of our API-first tolling platform, using iterative methodologies to test assumptions, deliver incremental value, and turn complex ideas into payment experiences.
- Deep-Dive Strategy & Prioritization: Conduct comprehensive research to understand the complex tolling ecosystem, translating deep insights into a collaborative, high-impact customer-centric product roadmap.
- Collaborate Across Product Teams: Partner closely with other product managers across Arrive to integrate tolling features beautifully into an exceptional traveller and vehicle experience.
- Strengthen Stakeholder & Customer Relationships: Build trust-based relationships and lead thoughtful, collaborative negotiations with external customers, partners, and our internal sales teams, aligning commercial demands with our commitment to an outstanding user experience.
- Drive Commercial Alignment: Contribute to strategic decisions around pricing frameworks, partnership models, and growth levers to expand the platform's reach across global markets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
