Product Manager, Travel Commerce Admin (Remote)

Full time, United States, United Kingdom, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Spain

This position supports the Product Manager for Travel Commerce Admin (Core) by helping define and deliver the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the internal admin product that powers the commerce platform. You will help enable scalable configuration, control, and governance of commerce capabilities across clients, markets, and channels.

The role helps ensure the admin platform enables fast onboarding, safe configuration, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. This product is a critical backbone of the commerce ecosystem—largely invisible to end users, but essential to speed, scale, and policy compliance for customer travel programs.

As a Product Manager, Travel Commerce Admin, you will

  • Deeply understand configuration workflows, pain points, and scalability constraints
  • Ensure admin tools reduce manual effort, errors, and dependency on engineering teams
  • Management of PNR formats globally
  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Admin & Configuration Platform
  • Work closely with Travel Commerce Product Managers to ensure admin capabilities support go-to-market needs
  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, and architecture to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Partner with Implementation and Operations teams to streamline onboarding and configuration at scale
  • Represent Admin Product management in projects

About you

  • Comfortable operating between strategy and detailed execution
  • Strong product discovery and problem framing skills (internal user focus)
  • Ability to translate complex business/platform needs into clear requirements and user stories
  • Comfortable working with APIs, data models, and configuration concepts (not required to code)
  • Analytical and metrics-driven; able to define KPIs and use data to drive prioritization
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication (clear written updates, structured decision-making)
  • Skilled on GDS Sabre and GDS Amadeus

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
