The Role

This role has full ownership of euNetworks' market-leading Ultra-Low Latency (ULL) trading product. You will be accountable for the strategy, commercial performance, investment decisions and long-term growth of a network that serves some of the world's most sophisticated financial institutions.

You will operate as the business owner for euTrade, with direct responsibility for its P&L and the freedom to shape its future direction. Your decisions will dictate where we invest, which routes we build, how we compete and how we maintain our leadership position in one of the most demanding and competitive markets in telecommunications.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, accountability, uncovering opportunities before competitors do and building defensible advantages. While an interest in networks and financial markets is helpful, we place far greater value on commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking and execution.

If you've read Flash Boys by Michael Lewis, or you’ve watched The Hummingbird Project and found yourself fascinated by the commercial value of latency, the race to build faster routes and the strategic importance of infrastructure, this role offers the opportunity to shape and grow one of the industry's leading ultra-low-latency platforms.

What will you be doing?

Own the Business

  • Manage the product P&L, including revenue growth, profitability and cost leadership
  • Build business cases and evaluate investment opportunities
  • Define pricing strategy and support sales drive return on investment.

Understand the Market Better Than Anyone Else

  • Develop a deep understanding of exchange growth, liquidity shifts, mergers, acquisitions and venue migrations
  • Understand trading firm and market data provider business models, points-of-presence, and the value of latency within their ecosystems
  • Analyse competitor strategies, strengths, network developments and customer loyalty dynamics
  • Identify opportunities to create unique and defensible competitive advantages.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
