Job Description
: We are seeking an AI Product Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead a critical, fast-paced discovery phase aimed at defining the strategic AI roadmap for our Customer Support and Contact Centre capabilities. In this role, you will bring strong product thinking to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business value, collaborating closely with architecture and data teams to translate opportunities into a prioritized, delivery-ready roadmap that supports upcoming investment decisions.

: Complex Discovery & Roadmap Prioritization: Proven track record of leading structured discovery phases, managing ambiguity, and prioritizing high-value use cases using robust product frameworks

: Data & Integration Savvy: Ability to collaborate closely with technical teams to capture data requirements and design integration workflows between enterprise data platforms and front-end support tools
