What does this role involve?
As a Product Manager, you’ll own and drive a key product set within a defined value stream, shaping strategy, setting priorities, and delivering real customer and business outcomes.
- Working closely with your Senior Product Manager, you’ll create and evolve a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term product growth.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to define the right solutions, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and lead delivery through Agile teams.
- Manage a well-prioritised backlog, ensure clarity across stakeholders, and use data and insights to track performance and continuously improve.
- Champion product-led ways of working, focusing on outcomes, encouraging collaboration, and keeping the customer at the centre of everything you deliver.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a collaborative, outcome-focused Product Manager with proven experience delivering products in complex environments.
- You’ll bring strong knowledge of product management and Agile delivery, with the ability to balance discovery and execution.
- You’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels, able to challenge, influence, and translate between business and technical teams.
- You’re data-driven, organised in your thinking, and comfortable prioritising competing demands to deliver value at pace.
- Most importantly, you’re a strong team player who enjoys working closely with engineering, takes ownership, and is passionate about building products that genuinely improve customer experience.
