About The Role

Neural Concept's Vertical Solutions team turns the most common engineering use cases into streamlined, production-grade workflows powered by leading AI technologies.

As Product Manager or Solution Owner, you will own the product lifecycle for one of our vertical solutions end to end: from discovering customer needs to shipping AI-powered workflows that combine design, simulation, and data science/ML. You'll partner with industry-leading customers to translate real-world engineering problems into a product roadmap, and you'll work hands-on with AI-assisted development tools to move from concept to working prototype fast.

This is a pivotal, cross-functional role: you'll work across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to make sure what you build actually gets adopted and delivers value.

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Run customer discovery: lead interviews, validate problem-solution fit, and turn insights into a clear product strategy and backlog.
  • Define and prioritize requirements, write specs, and make the roadmap tradeoffs that keep the team focused on impact.
  • Use AI-based development tools and hands-on prototyping (including scripting) to de-risk ideas quickly and get working solutions in front of customers sooner.
  • Lead and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers (CAD/CAE/ML) to take solutions from prototype to production-ready.
  • Track adoption and value delivery across customer projects in your vertical, and feed those insights back into the global product roadmap.
  • Align vertical initiatives with overall company strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • Proven product management experience: you've owned a product or product area end to end, from discovery to launch to iteration, ideally in an enterprise or technical B2B context.
  • Hands-on with AI-based development: comfortable using AI coding/prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) and scripting (Python) to build and test ideas yourself rather than only writing specs for others.
  • Strong discovery and customer empathy skills: you can run a great customer interview, synthesize signal from noise, and translate it into a coherent product narrative.
  • Pragmatic, impact-first problem solver: comfortable making tradeoffs, willing to challenge assumptions, and focused on outcomes over process.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams, and able to influence without direct authority.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator, able to align stakeholders across technical and business audiences.
