About The Role
We are seeking a Global Product Manager to lead Domino’s R-Series Vision Inspection product line within our Automation and Integration team. Working closely with commercial, engineering, and R&D teams, you will drive growth and innovation by shaping product strategy, leading new product development, and delivering successful launches. You will bring market and customer insights into the business, helping to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and achieve commercial success.
Whether you are an experienced Product Manager or currently working in a technical, commercial, or engineering role and looking to move into Product Management, we offer the support and development needed to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales and product teams to identify market opportunities and customer needs.
- Develop and communicate a three-year product and solutions roadmap aligned to market, business, and technical priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights and requirements to support successful product development.
- Build compelling business cases for new products and growth opportunities.
- Lead go-to-market activities and product launches alongside sales and marketing teams.
- Monitor business performance and market trends to shape integrated, customer-focused solutions.

You are a commercially minded, customer-focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and turning market insights into successful product solutions. You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, building strong relationships and driving results across diverse teams.

- Results-driven, with the ambition and focus to deliver against business objectives and product roadmap commitments.
- Able to inspire, influence, and align cross-functional teams around a clear vision and shared goals.
- Technically confident, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers, technical specialists, and customers.
- An excellent communicator, presenter, and networker in English; additional language skills would be an advantage.
- Highly organised, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
