Product Manager

Full-time: Hybrid

Manchester or London

£70,000 - £100,000 per annum D.O.E

As a Product Manager at Lunio you will own a core product area that directly impacts customer performance and revenue outcomes. You will be accountable for measurable business impact, not just shipping. That means defining clear commercial hypotheses, validating them with evidence, and tracking real world results after launch.

This role requires strong product judgement in a data heavy, performance marketing environment. You will operate with minimal oversight and be expected to make hard prioritisation calls in ambiguous, high stakes situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and strategic direction for a high impact product area aligned to company level revenue goals. Articulate not just what gets built and why, but what doesn't, and the commercial logic behind those trade-offs.
  • Translate customer and commercial problems into validated opportunities using disciplined discovery and lightweight experimentation.
  • Drive initiatives from concept to release with pace and clear scope control.
  • Define success metrics up front and hold the line on measuring real adoption and commercial impact.
  • Make explicit trade offs between speed, quality, and long term architecture in partnership with engineering and commercial teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What makes a great Product Manager at Lunio?

  • Deep hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads campaign structure, Meta conversion tracking and pixel architecture. You need to be fluent in this domain from day one.
  • A track record of shipping complex initiatives with measurable commercial impact.
  • Proven ability to run structured discovery and design experiments that test the highest risk assumptions early.
  • A demonstrable bias to action. You ship the smallest thing that tests the most important assumption, treat waiting for certainty as a failure mode, and have a track record of moving fast without sacrificing rigour.
  • Strong quantitative judgement and comfort working with messy, high volume data.

You'll really thrive in this role if:

  • You have worked in a high growth B2B SaaS environment with clear revenue accountability.
  • You have operated with limited process, made hard calls under ambiguity, and can articulate the reasoning behind decisions you've made - including what didn't work out.
  • You have a track record of influencing prioritisation decisions across engineering, commercial, and data teams without formal authority, including navigating disagreement.

💡Application Guidance💡

Before you hit apply…

We've ditched the traditional cover letter (you're welcome) and replaced it with three short questions. Think of them as your chance to show us who you are beyond your CV: no fluff, no filler, just the good stuff.

A couple of things to keep in mind: please answer all three questions, and keep each response to 100 words max in bullet point format. We genuinely read every answer, but we can only review applications where all three are completed.

Now, here's the slightly ironic bit; we're a company that champions AI every single day, but for this part of the process, we'd love you to leave it on the bench. These questions are about getting to know you, your thinking, your experiences, your voice. AI can't do that justice.
