AI Product Manager

London (Hybrid, 3 Days per Week) | Up to £90k + Benefits

This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage in its growth as it builds a new generation of AI-powered research products. Working closely with senior leadership, engineering teams and customers, you will take ownership of an emerging platform that is already gaining strong interest from major brands and agencies. The role offers genuine product ownership, broad exposure across the business, and the chance to help shape how AI is applied to consumer insights.

The Company

They are a data and technology business developing AI-powered products built on a unique behavioural dataset. Having established themselves within measurement and consumer insights, they are now focused on creating tools that help organisations access faster, richer and more evidence-based consumer understanding.

With strong commercial interest in their AI offering and a highly collaborative culture, they combine the pace of a startup environment with a clear product vision and long-term growth plans.

The Role

As Product Manager, you will lead the development of an AI research platform and contribute to the creation of new products built on proprietary consumer data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning products from discovery through to launch and continuous improvement
  • Defining product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Working closely with engineering teams to prioritise and deliver features
  • Collaborating with customers to gather feedback and shape product direction
  • Supporting product testing, validation and quality assurance activities
  • Building and refining prompts, workflows and AI-driven user experiences
  • Contributing to the development of new AI products and capabilities
  • Working across product, technology and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve user experience, product adoption and commercial value

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial Product Management experience within software, SaaS or technology environments
  • Experience building and launching products in fast-paced settings
  • Hands-on exposure to AI, LLM or generative AI products
  • Good understanding of prompt engineering and modern AI capabilities
  • Experience translating customer requirements into clear product solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in evolving environments where priorities can change quickly
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable experience includes:

  • Technical product management background
  • Exposure to NLP, machine learning or AI technologies
  • Experience within insights, research, advertising, media, analytics or data products
  • Startup or scale-up experience
  • Experience working with consumer or behavioural datasets
