Product Manager (AI-Powered SaaS)
Location: Milton Keynes | Hybrid (2 days in-office, flexible for the right candidate) Salary: Circa £75,000 + Share Options
We’re partnering with a high-growth SaaS business that has built an AI-native product and is now entering a transformative growth phase.
Having successfully launched to market and secured major enterprise customers, they are now looking for a Product Manager to drive scale, deepen adoption, and shape the product’s future evolution.
This role offers true product ownership—you will collaborate with founders, customers, engineering, and design teams to define user needs, validate ideas, and deliver high-impact product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the product roadmap with a focus on scalability and impact
- Lead customer discovery and product validation, including direct engagement with stakeholders
- Work hands-on with customers to uncover challenges and opportunities
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., prototyping, decision support) to accelerate workflows
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to translate vision into reality
- Drive product adoption and product-led growth strategies
- Shape how AI capabilities are integrated seamlessly into the user experience

Requirements
Essential
You are likely a Product Manager or Product Owner with a strong foundation in:
- B2B SaaS environments
- Fast-paced, scaling businesses
- A customer-centric mindset (preference for direct customer interactions)
Key Traits
- Experience launching or scaling software products
- Proven ability to solve real business problems through product solutions
- Comfortable balancing commercial thinking and technical strategy
- Excitement for leveraging AI tools in daily work (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, or similar)
Cultural Fit
You seek more ownership and visibility, and are looking to:
