Job Opportunity. Position: Product Manager.
About us
Hospitaliti is an AI-powered hiring platform built for the hospitality industry — helping hotels, restaurants, and staffing groups hire faster, fairer, and more efficiently, from sourcing candidates across 600 million+ profiles to autonomous AI interviews that give every applicant a consistent experience.
In March this year, Hospitaliti acquired a leading Barcelona-based hospitality tech player. Together we bring something genuinely new to market: cutting-edge AI hiring technology combined with a community of over one million hospitality professionals and thousands of employer partners across Europe.
We are now building the next generation of our combined platform, and we want the right person to help shape it.
The role
We are looking for a product-minded, user-obsessed Product Manager — someone with commercial instinct and a drive to shape the future of hospitality recruitment. This role is ideal for a customer success or UX specialist ready to step into product management and take on a new level of ownership.
You will be at the heart of Hospitaliti's transformation, working directly with our CEO and CTO to build our AI-first recruitment platform from our home in Barcelona. Your primary focus will be leading rapid, iterative discovery — moving from idea to prototype to user feedback in days, not weeks.
This is a rare opportunity to define the roadmap and help us become the indispensable hiring platform for the hospitality industry.
Skills
- A founder's mindset. You demonstrate unwavering ownership, a relentless drive to move your product forward, and operate with a high sense of urgency.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
- AI-first thinking. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance productivity and create innovative user experiences. You are already using — or have a burning desire to master — AI-assisted rapid prototyping tools like Lovable and Bolt to build working products, not just mockups.
- Deep intellectual curiosity and critical thinking. You are not satisfied with the problem as it is presented to you. You ask why — repeatedly, all the way to the ground truth — and you are willing to challenge the assumption that the problem needs to exist in its current form at all.
- Bias for action and rapid iteration. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to move from an idea to a working, testable prototype within 24 hours.
- Experience in or a very strong interest in a product management role. We are particularly interested in candidates from customer success backgrounds — people who have spent their careers in daily contact with customers, understanding their problems and helping them succeed.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, UX/UI design, User Research, software development, or Customer Success — and a track record of being genuinely close to real user problems and shaping how they are solved. Experience in digital marketplaces would be a distinct advantage.
- Comfort with data. You are not afraid of the numbers and use data to ask better questions and make sharper decisions. A willingness to work with analytics tools is essential; what matters most is your drive to find the truth in the data.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
