Exciting Opportunity for a Product Marketing Director

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Marketing Director to join a growing technology-led consulting business undergoing a significant transformation. The organisation is evolving its market offering through AI-enabled products and services and is looking for a commercially focused marketing leader to drive its next phase of growth.

Role Overview

Working closely with the Chief Product Officer, you'll lead the execution of an established marketing strategy, taking ownership of brand, go-to-market, demand generation and marketing operations while leading a small marketing team.

This role offers genuine progression, with the potential to develop into a future Chief Marketing Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a full brand refresh, including website, messaging and market positioning.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new AI-enabled products and services.
  • Build and execute demand generation campaigns across key target sectors.
  • Develop marketing programmes that generate qualified pipeline for the sales team.
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of marketing technology, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure strong alignment across commercial activity.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a small marketing team.
  • Track and report marketing performance, pipeline and ROI to senior leadership.

About You

We're looking for an experienced B2B marketing leader with:

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing or Go-to-Market leadership.
  • A strong background within technology, SaaS, software or technology consulting.
  • Experience building demand generation and pipeline-focused marketing programmes.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar.
  • Experience launching new products or services to market.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
  • Previous leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams.
