Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product technical support in Ilford, England, United Kingdom, requiring quick response and timely handling of customers' after-sales problems and demands. Travel when necessary.
- Responsible for guiding and supporting the installation, monitoring, later operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.
- Sort out and translate product technical information, collect and summarize product and technical information of various overseas markets, collect local regional power grid access standards and special norms, and feedback to the headquarters for rectification.
- Customer training: Provide product and after-sales process training to distributors and installers.

Job Requirements
- Major in power electronics, electrical engineering and automation is preferred. Experience in power industry is preferred.
- Good computer and office software skills.
- Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit, strong execution ability of target plan.
- Have a driver's licence and be willing to travel frequently.
