Head of Product Marketing B2B – Proton

About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Marketing B2B to lead our strategy for accelerating revenue growth in the B2B segment. As a key leader in our organization, you’ll:
- Drive direct revenue
- Generate high-quality leads for sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to execute strategies that align with our business goals.
What You Will Do
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive B2B product marketing strategy, aligning with Proton’s overall business objectives. Select target markets, buyer personas, and positioning to maximize revenue growth.
- Develop go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring customer needs and pain points drive the value proposition.
- Determine competitive pricing strategies and packaging options to optimize adoption and revenue growth. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback.
- Lead lead-generation initiatives using channels like:
- Content marketing
- Email campaigns
- Social media
- Events
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets across channels, monitoring ROI and optimizing performance.
- Enable the sales team by developing:
- Sales collateral
- Competitive presentations
- Training materials
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, staying updated on industry best practices and trends to innovate marketing strategies.

Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) or a similar leadership role
- Deep expertise in B2B marketing strategies, including lead generation and demand generation
- Strong analytical skills—able to leverage data to drive decisions and measure marketing effectiveness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management—prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling budgets
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
