About The Team

Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is responsible for:

  • The Fanatics Sportsbook, available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S.
  • Fanatics Casino, currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia
  • Twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium

Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds, and Dublin.


The Role: Product Marketing Lead

The Product Marketing Lead will:

  • Support the development and execution of brand and product marketing initiatives for the Fanatics Sportsbook (OSB)
  • Bring to market campaigns, product and feature launches, event and seasonal moments, and customer experiences with consistency, speed, and strong creative judgment

The ideal candidate is a holistic marketer who understands how brand positioning translates into customer-facing messaging, creative development, campaign strategy, and execution. This role involves ensuring the brand and product portfolio appear consistently and effectively across key customer touchpoints, channels, and marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Product Marketing

  • Lead the planning and execution of scaled marketing initiatives across Online Sportsbook (OSB) and Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS)
  • Partner closely with Product, Platform, CRM, Media, Social, Creative, Commercial, and Research teams to:
    • Lead campaign rollouts
    • Ensure alignment across channels
  • Collaborate with the Performance Media team to:
    • Shape messaging
    • Develop creative outputs
    • Optimise campaign communications for acquisition and lower-funnel marketing initiatives

  • Lead product marketing launches by:
    • Understanding feature functionality
    • Gathering key inputs
    • Translating product updates into clear and compelling customer-facing messaging
  • Contribute to:
    • Messaging development
    • Campaign briefs
    • Creative reviews
    • Executional planning
  • Ensure all work remains customer-centric and on-brand

Insights and Optimization

  • Surface customer, category, and competitive insights to inform:
    • Positioning
    • Messaging
    • Future campaign opportunities
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and synthesize performance learnings:
    • Informed future planning and optimization

Brand and Campaign Alignment

  • Support go-to-market planning and campaign operations, including:
    • Asset reviews
    • Stakeholder coordination
    • Ensuring launch readiness
  • Champion brand consistency across all activations by ensuring alignment with:
    • Messaging
    • Creative
    • Visual identity
    • Execution and tone of voice

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 6–8 years of experience across:
    • Brand marketing
    • Product marketing
    • Campaign management
    • Consumer marketing
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Brand marketing fundamentals, including:
      • Positioning
      • Messaging
      • Creative development
      • Customer communication
  • Ability to balance:
    • Strategic thinking
    • Strong executional rigor
    • Attention to detail
  • Strong creative instincts and understanding of:
    • How messaging and creative work together across channels and customer touchpoints
  • Experience managing:

  • £70,000 - £80,000 GBP

This range may adjust based on:

  • Country
  • State of residence
  • Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming
  • The Geographical Compensation Zones will be confirmed as relevant to the role and location.

  • Full-time employment
  • Base pay and possible bonus
