The Role
My client is a fast-growing software company specializing in high-performance email infrastructure for service providers and enterprises. Its secure, scalable platform powers mission-critical communications with extensive customization capabilities.
As the company enters its next stage of growth, it is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Lead who excels at building structure, crafting compelling narratives, and translating deep technical complexity into clear, market-ready messaging.
The Product Marketing Lead will build and own the Product Marketing function from the ground up. This is a strategic, high-impact position focused on defining frameworks, processes, and best practices across positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution, and sales enablement.
Acting as the organisation’s narrative owner and market observer, the role continuously tracks customer needs, market dynamics, competitive activity, and emerging trends across email infrastructure, security, and AI.
The position sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Organic Discovery, and Marketing Communications, ensuring a consistent, differentiated, and compelling story across every customer touchpoint.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
