PRODUCT MARKETING Lead
Team: Product Management - Location: UK or Stockholm
Pacera unifies financial close, consolidation and FP&A. With AARO, Aico and Mercur, finance teams combine trusted data with AI-driven insights to enable robust, scalable and intelligent processes for the Office of the CFO.
About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Lead to own and shape our product marketing strategy and bring discipline and impact to how we take releases to market. Sitting within the Product Management team as a senior individual contributor initially, you will be the connective tissue between what we build and how the market, our customers and our go-to-market teams understand its value.
This is a strategic, hands-on role. You will define how we position and message our products to every audience that matters, and you will build a repeatable, tiered approach to launches that scales the right amount of effort to the size of each release.
Success is measured commercially: winning new logos and driving cross-sell and upsell to maximise recurring revenue. The role is initially an individual contributor, with clear opportunity to grow into a leadership position. We expect the product marketing function to grow in line with market and revenue growth, and the person in this role is positioned to define and lead that expansion.
What You Will Do
Product Marketing Strategy
- Own and continuously evolve the product marketing strategy, aligning it to company growth objectives and the product roadmap
- Develop deep understanding of the market, buyers, users, competitors and the problems our products solve
- Define and maintain core positioning, value proposition and differentiated narrative for the product portfolio
- Establish product marketing frameworks, templates and ways of working that the wider organisation can rely on
Launch Strategy
- Define and own a tiered launch framework that matches go-to-market effort, investment and visibility to the expected market and business impact of each release
- Determine the tier of each release, orchestrate the cross-functional plan, and run launches end to end
- Define standard deliverables, timelines and roles per tier so launches are repeatable and predictable
- Run a launch calendar and coordinate dependencies across product, marketing and go-to-market teams

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
