What you’ll be do
Reporting to the Director, Global Product Marketing, you’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for one of Reapit’s most strategic product launches, working within a dedicated cross-functional go-to-market team to drive successful market launch and adoption.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for a major new product launch, including launch plans, milestones and readiness program
- Coordinate internal and external launch activity across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer teams.
- Define launch success metrics and continuously monitor, report and optimise performance
- Develop the product positioning, messaging and value proposition for an emerging customer segments.
- Translate customer, competitor and market insights into compelling positioning and a differentiated commercial narrative.
- Build messaging frameworks that help Reapit stand out in a competitive market and ensure consistent execution across customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Product teams to develop programmes that drive adoption, activation, education and expansion.
- Become the expert on target customers, their challenges and buying behaviour, bringing the voice of the customer into product and marketing decisions.
- Develop buyer personas and customer journeys to inform product, marketing and sales activity.
- Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with pitch decks, battlecards, FAQs, messaging guides, demos and launch training materials.
- Lead the creation of launch assets, including web content, product pages, videos, blogs, customer stories, email campaigns and sales collateral.
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally through presentations, webinars and launch communicate.

Who we’re looking for?
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them — we’d still like to hear from you.
- 5–8+ years’ experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end product launches and coordinating cross-functional go-to-market actions.
- Experience repositioning products, entering new markets or building propositions for new customer segments.
- Strong understanding of product-led growth principles and experience developing programmes that drive adoption, activation and customer growth.
- Exceptional positioning, messaging, storytelling and commercial narrative skills.
- Strong customer and market insight capability, including research, feedback loops, personas and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical capability and experience measuring launch, adoption and programme effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product capability into clear customer value.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity, moving quickly and collaborating in a fast-moving environment.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline would be beneficial, but equivalent experience is equally valued
