Position overview

Our business, which provides leading software solutions and consulting services, is growing at a fast pace. To build on this momentum, we’re looking for Product Marketing Managers across various portfolios to be part of our Global Marketing group.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our technical Product Managers to analyze the market/client needs and experiences, determine how to articulate client challenges effectively, understand the products’ unique selling points, and help us to develop sales tools and marketing material, including writing technical marketing content. You’ll do product and competitor research, help to determine and implement the go-to-market strategy, and provide source material for sales and marketing.

If you have a strong technical/IT background in SAP and are enthusiastic about marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Work in tandem with Product Managers to determine and implement the go-to-market strategy for a range of products/service lines, specifically developing messaging and market positioning
  • Perform market research, and act as the voice of the client by analyzing specific client concerns and communicating these internally, as well as understanding how our solutions solve these challenges
  • Undertake competitor analysis and product positioning, and monitor key market trends
  • Communicate the vision and value of products to marketing and sales colleagues, and develop tools that facilitate the process
  • Perform surveys, interviews and focus groups to obtain insights about the client’s product usage and buyer personas to tap new opportunities
  • Write technical content for sales and marketing purposes, including ebooks, white papers, blogs, lead magnets and web pages
  • Plan, develop and provide content for global marketing campaigns that can be leveraged by Regional Marketing Leads and Partners
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the broader team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Ensure that campaigns achieve expected results, and prepare activity reports and metrics to demonstrate outcomes
  • Identify improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Leads to support meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows, and ensure these are in line with the go-to-market strategy
  • Support the implementation of the company’s brand strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
