Drive Market Strategy as Our Next Product Marketing Manager - BIM and Engineering Portfolio!

Are you an ambitious, strategic marketer ready to lead a world-class industrial software portfolio that actively shapes the global physical skyline?

Trimble is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join us on a fifteen-month maternity cover contract to coordinate high-impact teams, orchestrate global multi-product launches, and elevate our premier BIM and Engineering ecosystem to new heights.

What Makes This Role Great

In this role, you will step into a high-visibility, team-coordination capacity to lead global market entries and transform Voice of the Customer data into real-world strategic decisions for a critical, market-leading product portfolio.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational coordination and direction to a talented portfolio team to ensure unified project execution
  • Architect and execute comprehensive, simultaneous launch plans for multiple global products
  • Conduct deep-dive buyer persona research and win/loss analysis to capture the authentic voice of the customer
  • Partner directly with sales enablement teams to design training curricula and tools that turn technical features into commercial success

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of dedicated product marketing experience within a B2B software or industrial technology environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple complex product launches simultaneously
  • Strong leadership maturity to quickly step into a team coordination role and collaborate across global departments

Bonus Points For

  • Direct marketing or industry experience within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) or BIM sectors
  • Hands-on proficiency with collaborative tools like Asana, Salesforce, Seismic, and Gong

Logistics

  • Location: UK and European Locations Considered - Office based & Remote
  • Travel Requirement: 10%
