Your Impact
As a Product Marketing Manager at Deliverect, you will play a critical role at the intersection of product development and marketing strategy. You will be the voice of our customers and partners, ensuring that the products we build are relevant and impactful. Your strategic insights and innovative marketing campaigns will drive product adoption and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to Deliverect's ambitious growth mission.
This is a full-time, fixed-term, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our either our Amersfoort, Madrid, London, or Ghent, Belgium offices and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do
- Plan and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for product & feature launches: From the inception of new products and features, you will take insights from the product team and act as the crucial link, ensuring information is digestible for both customers and GTM teams. This means creating a coherent narrative, compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks that communicate the value we create for customers by speaking directly to their needs, and creating the enablement tools and materials (battle cards, one pagers, etc) that provide the information required for GTM to accelerate deal success and closing opportunities. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and PR teams to ensure all materials are ready for successful launches including internal training.
- Track and analyze product marketing & campaign metrics such as user engagement and product adoption rates: You will assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies by monitoring key performance indicators that should inform the development of additional inside the product strategies to foster adoption, as well as inform the external marketing strategies.
- Act as a crucial feedback loop between the market and product development: In collaboration and to support the product managers, you will gather actionable insights from sales, customer success, and market research to inform future product improvements and new features, ensuring continuous product enhancement. You will also utilise online resources, AI tools, and benchmarking to perform direct comparisons between our products and competitors.

What you will bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager or in a similar role in the business-to-business SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and product-led growth.
- Ability to develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, etc.).
- Strong communication skills to gather feedback and persuasively present insights to align on strategy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns and assets.
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Nice to have:
- An understanding of the food service industry is a plus.
- Passion for B2B SaaS: Enjoys promoting complex solutions to businesses.
- Master’s degree in Marketing/business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in more than 2 languages is a plus.
