You will join a team of product marketers responsible for a global portfolio and work cross-functionally with product management, category management, channel marketing, global strategic marketing, e-commerce, R&D, sales, and regional teams to grow the portfolio and accelerate new product adoption. You will report to the Global Product Marketing Director for the line of business.

What you will be doing:

  • Create marketing and sales enablement kits using current AI marketing tools to help sales teams and channel partners sell more products and solutions, including brochures, sales presentations, how-to-sell guides, FAQs, datasheets, social messaging, SEO-optimized product landing pages, web banners, and other digital marketing content.
  • Identify gaps in competitor messaging and positioning through competitive analysis to inform differentiated product, solution, and portfolio narratives.
  • Assist in developing launch strategy, planning, timelines, and related workstreams to maximize the impact of marketing assets and launch execution.
  • Collect, compile, and organize technical document kits in partnership with product and R&D teams, including setup sheets, submittal drawings, 3D renderings, bid specifications, competitor comparisons, and related technical collateral.
  • Draft video content storyboards and scripts, guide third-party agencies in developing videos and lifestyle creative assets, and appear and present in product content such as promotional and training videos.
  • Assist with culturally appropriate and localized marketing campaigns that tell compelling stories and customer successes to support new offer ramp-up in regions.
  • Support the production and editing of A+, E+, and Rich Media Content for e-commerce syndication across regions.
  • Assist in shaping the T&E portfolio digital journey on SE.com, including landing pages, CaaS product range pages, and the product selection journey, and support related digital experiences on APC.com as needed.
  • Research and analyze target customer preferences, challenges, and buying behaviors for IT Solution Providers to inform customer journey mapping and improve the customer experience across key touchpoints.
  • Support the development of nuanced customer personas, Uninterruptible Power Supply product and portfolio messaging, positioning, and concise value propositions based on personas and route to market.

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Four years of experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing, product marketing, or a related occupation; experience in B2B technology, IT, data center, or power protection markets preferred.
  • Business acumen, including the ability to understand and interpret business situations, financial and market dynamics, strategic planning priorities, and decision-making processes in ways that lead to successful outcomes.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and apply data and analytics to guide strategic choices and marketing actions.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and the ability to represent customer touchpoints and interactions throughout the buying process to improve the customer experience.
  • Competitive analysis skills, including the ability to evaluate competitor strengths and weaknesses, products, pricing strategies, market share, and positioning to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Strong storytelling skills, especially around products, solutions, and technologies such as AI, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage business, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into convincing marketing content with clear, solid value propositions.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality marketing content under tight deadlines and in collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced project management skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and experience launching new products from start to finish with proven success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
