TransferRoom
TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better, supporting clubs and agents across the lifecycle of a transfer to make smarter decisions and better deals.
TransferRoom is the market leader, which is why it’s used by 800+ clubs, including Man City, Liverpool and PSG, and 550 agencies globally. As of early 2026, we have facilitated over 10,000 deals since launch in 2017 - and we’re already focused on the next milestone.
💻 What we’re looking for
TransferRoom is accelerating in 2026, having launched several brand new products to market and an ambitious development roadmap for the next 12 months.
As such, we need a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to work with our Product Marketing Lead to ensure the successful execution of various campaigns to a high level, driving meaningful outcomes for new and retained revenue.
It’s a very exciting time to be joining as you will be working in the heart of the business at the intersection of marketing, product, data, sales and customer success.
We are looking for someone with a bias to action, someone who can make things happen without compromising on quality.
The role offers scope for growth into a more senior position, representing a fantastic opportunity to take more direct ownership of certain product lines and overall strategic direction.
🏟️ Our Location
Our London office is at Bankside, with the commercial team located across the globe, as well as development teams in Poland and Ukraine.
Our office is naturally social, especially Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays, when we have regular team drinks, celebrations and five-a-side football.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
