Product Marketing Manager
Imagine a future where AI infrastructure companies don’t just build powerful technology -but communicate its value clearly to enterprise buyers, developers, and strategic partners alike. At Verda, we’re building a fully featured European cloud computing platform designed for AI workloads. As the market evolves rapidly, product marketing plays a critical role in shaping how customers understand our platform, how sales wins deals, and how we position ourselves in an increasingly competitive landscape. Join Verda while it’s still being built - not once it’s finished. Your responsibilities In this role, you will build and own Verda’s product marketing foundation - from positioning and messaging to launch execution and sales enablement. You will develop a messaging architecture that resonates across enterprise procurement teams, AI practitioners, and strategic partners, validating it through customer conversations and real market feedback. You will create the materials and frameworks that help our commercial teams operate effectively, including battle cards, competitive intelligence, positioning documents, pitch decks, and objection-handling guidance. You will establish repeatable enablement processes that help sales teams ramp quickly and communicate Verda’s value with confidence. You will also own competitive intelligence and market insights—tracking competitors, identifying market shifts, gathering structured product feedback, and translating customer pain points into actionable go-to-market strategies. A key part of your role will be building Verda’s launch motion from the ground up: defining launch frameworks, coordinating cross-functional execution, enabling internal teams ahead of external releases, and measuring success based on pipeline impact rather than awareness alone. You will work closely with strategic technology partners to develop joint messaging, co-marketing initiatives, and business cases that support partner-led growth. At the same time, you will help refine our ideal customer profile, segmentation strategy, and voice-of-customer programs as the company scales. Your key competencies 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 3 years in infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or AI-related technology Experience marketing to both enterprise procurement stakeholders and technical practitioners Experience building product marketing foundations in early-stage or scaling environments Strong ability to create positioning, launch frameworks, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement materials from scratch Strong writing and communication skills across both technical and enterprise audiences Understanding of AI infrastructure concepts such as GPU clusters, inference workloads, and infrastructure economics Familiarity with the AI infrastructure or neocloud landscape is a strong plus Experience enabling sales teams and measuring GTM impact through adoption, pipeline, or revenue influence Experience collaborating with strategic technology partners on joint GTM or co-marketing initiatives Strong autonomy and ability to drive cross-functional alignment across distributed teams and time zones Pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset with a bias toward shipping and iteration Practicalities Location: Helsinki, Finland or London, UK Hybrid: Working from the office 3 days a week. Employment type: Full-time and permanent What's next We’re building fast and this role needs the right person behind it. There’s no artificial deadline, but when we find who we’re looking for, we move. If this sounds like your next move, apply now. Please submit your application through our Careers page. We don’t accept applications sent by email.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
