Product Marketing Manager

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role operates at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing, focusing on product positioning, launches, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate software, AI, and solution capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and support commercial teams in winning deals.
- Work closely with Product Management and the GTM team to shape launches, develop sales enablement materials, execute campaigns, and build our market presence.
- Experience in B2B SaaS is essential, with a strong preference for Construction/Property Technology (PropTech) or related industries.
What We’re Looking For
A strong Product Marketing Specialist should excel in the following:
Product / Solution Positioning & Messaging
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging for all solutions.
- Clearly articulate customer value propositions for target industries and personas.
- Create differentiated messaging against competitors.
- Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Go-to-Market Execution
- End-to-end GTM planning for product/feature launches and releases.
- Coordinate launch activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Define objectives, messaging, content plans and enablement strategies.
- Measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
Sales Enablement
- Create high-quality sales collateral, including:
- Sales presentations
- One-pagers
- Brochures/booklets
- Papers/positioning documents
- Customer case studies
- Competitive comparison guides
- Battlecards
- Support commercial teams in articulating product/solution value.
Customer & Market Insight
- Gather insights from customers, prospects, sales, Customer Success, and industry trends.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Share actionable insights that influence product and marketing strategies.
Product Adoption
- Develop messaging supporting feature adoption and customer expansion.
- Measure product engagement and identify opportunities to deepen customer value.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce:
- Product webpages
- Launch campaigns
- Product videos and webinars
- Customer stories and solution guides
- Industry thought leadership
- Analyst and media content
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with:
- Product Management
- Sales teams
- Customer Success
- Marketing Leadership
- Executive teams
